Roger Morales has been Merkley+Partner’s Chief Financial Officer for over eight years, during which he was promoted from Finance Director. Roger brings with him more than two decades of diverse financial and operational leadership experience in the advertising and banking industries. As the Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative functions within the Agency. In addition, he directs the overall financial accounting, cash management, resource planning, budgeting and regulatory compliance for Merkley+Partners.
Before taking up his position at M+P, Roger served as an Assistant Vice President of Citibank, where he directed the overall finances of the Risk Management Group. Prior to Citibank, he was a Finance Manager at Ogilvy, where he was responsible for profit and loss leadership on multiple lines of business.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Rutgers College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. John’s University. He is also a 4A’s member of both the Agency Finance – Large Agencies Committee and Eastern Region Finance Committee. He is married with two children and resides in New Jersey.
